The Local Work Club was founded to create a modern coworking space in West Ashley designed around how people actually work today—flexible schedules, collaboration when you want it, focus when you need it, and a genuine sense of local community.

Charleston Work Society was built with the local community in mind. At our space it doesn't matter if you’ve been here for years or just landed in town, it’s a place where you can plug in, get to work, and feel part of something.

Meet the Founders
My wife and I have lived in Charleston since 2000. We have different professional backgrounds. I (Pat) have a background in marketing and entrepreneurship including the opening and scaling of a salon suites in the Charleston area. Andrea has an extensive background in fiduciary services in the trust business of banking.
You will see me in front of the camera being the face of the business while Andrea is the behind the scenes presence.
